Letter of Appreciation

His Excellency Nail Latypov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation, presented Valeriy Bocharov, Artistic Director of the Russian Amateur Drama Theatre in Kuala Lumpur, with a Letter of Appreciation from the Government Commission for Compatriots Abroad under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.

The letter was awarded “for personal contribution to the study, preservation and promotion of Russian history and culture, the traditions of the peoples of Russia, and Russian spiritual and cultural heritage in Malaysia.”
